I’ve always been a strong-willed and determined chef over the past 25 years. As time has passed, and my experience has grown, I think I’ve finally started to understand things better. This restaurant was inspired by a successful Japanese restaurant in L.A. My team and I, along with myself, Chris, are committed to bringing authentic Japanese cuisine back to its roots, focusing on the basics and working hard to perfect every dish. We’ll welcome our guests with the finest rice, the freshest and most well-prepared fish, and only the highest quality ingredients.
